Erie-Mason “Frank Connolly” Relays six-mile two-person relay with each runner alternating running a mile three times

Huron Girls Cross Country’s top duo was Kayla Christesen & Falyn Doss earning a medal placing 12th overall (43:06.0) in the Division 1 competition at the Erie Mason Relays. Kirsten Perecki & Cecilia Evans came in 4 places away from a medal finishing in 44th (53:01), Julia Welch & Natalie Carlile 52nd (1:01:05), Macy Bauman & Amelia Szawara 54th (1:02:39). Savanna Rupnow completed 2 miles of the relay in a total time of 18:54.

Huron Boys Cross Country brings home their first Erie Mason Relays trophy at the 41st annual event. The team secured the championship title with Abdul Ghennewa & Lucas Kuhn finishing in first overall (31:25.5), as well as Lucas Worrell & Luke Dulecki scoring points in 6th (33:27.7) along with Cameron Crane & Kyle Biller in 14th (35:21.7) all earning medals. Just one place away from earning a medal was Noah Myshock & Roman Whitmore in 41st (41:09.6), followed closely by Broderick Yensch & Garrett Cheney in 42nd (41:18.4), Ben Holbrook & Evan Banas 43rd (41:19.0), Louie Macon & Cole Druyor 45th (41:38.3), Tanner Kuhn & Deegan Richardson 49th (42:29.3), Austin Krause & Austin Shastal 54th (44:23.6), Jack Fisher & Drew Blosser 55th (45:34.9), Garrett Patrick & Joel Lazenby 70th (51:13.5), George Broughton & Hunter Szawara 73rd (54:14.1), Jacob Bentley & Ian Carlile 74th (54:49.8).
