Team lunch will be at Coach Roupe’s house from 11:30am-12:30pm. After lunch, I will be heading up to the race in Brighton. If you need a ride you must be at my house by 12:30pm. If you run later in the day and are not planning on coming up after lunch please arrive and be ready for warm-up at least an hour before your run. Plan for back-ups at the toll booth.

Do NOT park on the grass. The ground is soft and you may get stuck.
