Awards Ceremony Each individual varsity award ceremony will take place on the south side of the press box 45 minutes after scheduled race start time – see awards time schedule.

SPECTATOR PARKING
There is significant spectator parking in and around Ford Field. (see Spectator Parking Map). Each parking area will be overseen by event volunteers. There is no charge to park in the designated lots – please refrain from parking on the residential streets surrounding
Ford Field.

SPECTATOR ADMISSION FEE
In lieu of charging for parking, we will collect a spectator entrance fee: $5.00 for adults. Senior Citizens and Kids 8 & Under are free.
Prepay Tickets – Skip the admission table and pre-purchase admission tickets. We will accept cash on meet day as well.

TEAM TENT CAMP
Teams will setup team tents in the flat grassy area east of the press box between baseball fields 1 and 2. The grass will be cleared marked with paint and laminated team signs. Teams are welcome to decorate their tent and team area (power will not be provided). The team with the best-looking tent will be recognized for their efforts. We ask teams thoroughly cleanup your team area at the conclusion of the meet – the goal being to leave your space as good or better than its original state. Thanks!

RACE RESULTS
Race results will be available near real-time online and posted on the east side of the press box approximately 15 minutes after the conclusion of each race. All race results will be posted on athletic.net as well.

FOOD TRUCKS
Some of the area’s most highly rated food trucks will be at the meet. Who does not love a good food truck? The food trucks are there for the enjoyment of family, friends, coaches, spectators, and athletes. Help spread the word about the awesome eats at the meet.
